It is always fun and a privilege to meet a rockstar and Bethanny Crouse certainly fits that description. Enjoy as she shares her personal journey.
“I began working with PK as my mentor to learn & understand how to co-create with leaders in the Evolved Economy. He has helped me with areas I needed to work on and how to break through those barriers. Most importantly he taught me how I can take new emerging leaders by mentoring them, so that they could then break through and become leaders themselves for their own teams. My income very quickly doubled as soon as I began working with PK. When I first started mentoring with him my family had made a huge decision to take a chance and move to Hawaii six months of the year, although our finances were not perfect. I knew that my business would continue to grow with his mentorship!
Now we are in our second year living six months in Princeville, Kaua’i and six months in Breckenridge, Colorado, living the life of our dreams and our income has quadrupled! We are now financially free!
He has become a close friend and has so many talents. I look up to PK in every area of my life! He has even helped us as a couple grow closer. Having him as my mentor in business and in life has changed everything for me! “
Thank you, Bethanny and family for sharing your Evolved Economy business journey ! I know that big things will continue to be part of your future !Share on Facebook
Sandy and I met when we were just teenagers. We thought we knew in great detail how our lives would turn out back then. We discussed, (code for fought) where we would lead and serve in the world. We talked about our futures and how we wanted to contribute.
Many of those things came true but the pathway was shifted dramatically in the past decade as to how we accomplished what we set out to do. The constant through all of these decades has been a desire to remain connected on a deep level. To stay into each other no matter how life and circumstances conspired to separate us. Our greatest nemesis has always been our calendar. It has choked out more attention and passion than any other singular distraction.
It took us 3 decades, but 2 years ago we learned something. We learned to declare our priorities by planning our activities in the order of their importance in our lives. Now the first year we tried to get away 4 times in a calendar year we failed and only did so twice. But those 2 were wonderful and they inspired us to keep trying. The next year we got away 6 times. Well if you are going to miss the mark again you may as well fail forward.
This weekend we are going to spend some time together in New York City. We love this city. We are just going to hold hands and stare at the big Christmas tree in Rockefeller Center, eat Dim Sum in China Town and ignore all of you for a few days.
You would think it is easier now that we have both retired from our jobs to exclusively build our Evolved Economy Business but alas it is not. It turns out that even though we are self-employed. our boss is often a Jackass.
This 90 Day Getaway sets us up for our next big one in Jamaica in February. Our second Evolved Economy Couples Retreat is just a few months away and we cannot wait to spend some amazing time with like-minded couples.
Is your calendar serving your relationship or sabotaging it.
Is your relationship a greater priority than your family, your extended family or even your business?
Is your intention to spend the next 3 decades with the one you love like it is for Sandy and I ?
Come join us in our adventure, Every 90 Days!
Partnering is the cornerstone of the Evolved Economy. Unlike most compensation plans the Evolved Economy really does compensate all the partners concerned. It is why we consider The Evolved Economy to be Pure Capitalism. When we each invest our resources we all benefit with an increased revenue without consideration of when we began investing, whether we are related to the higher revenue earners, or if we are as famous as our partnering associates. It is Pure Capitalism!
One segment of our business does not get the attention it is really due. Our Autoship Partners tend to get overlooked. Despite the fact that the majority of our revenue comes from faithful Autoship Partners we often overlook their importance and miss too many opportunities to demonstrate our appreciation for their contributions.
The early ocean travellers did not have the advantages of GPS or radar, yet still crossed thousands of miles of ocean seeking fame and fortune. One method used by the Vikings was to set their course based upon the location of the North Star seen on a clear night. During the day when the stars were no longer visible, they had to stay the course or keep on track using another method. This method was guided by looking backwards not forwards. They would lay out a long rope behind the ship and would spend the day making sure that the rope stayed straight out behind its wake. Then as evening fell they would reassess their progress and course and again the next day hold to their course based on the rope extended from their stern.
I am 49 today. I live on a lovely old farm with my family close by. I love the love of my life more today than any other day we have shared for the past 31 years. I have a great co-creative relationship with both of my adult children and our idea of “heaven on earth” is more land and homes all close by so generations to come can live, love and build together.
I have so many positive mentoring relationships with amazing leaders all over the world. The concepts that we teach are forming individual businesses as well as industries globally. I see mentees re-inventing their own lives and I swell with pride at their amazing accomplishments. We are building another nursery school in Malawi and our Canadian and Malawian partners are working hard together to offer Third World Communities a chance at a better life.
I am working at bringing my health back to its fullest these days as today my wife asked me for another 49 years together. ( She is a sucker for punishment, I tell you.)
I like where I am headed. On a day of reflection like birthdays can be I am eager to search out new lands of opportunity and influence. I am busy today working with powerful leaders all over the world. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate. I have set my course and God willing, I am headed towards even greater days.

Recently my wife Sandy and I went on our first road trip together in our family business, the Co-Creation Group. We have recently stepped away from our individual paychecks to exclusively invest in our businesses. It is a scary time but an exciting one as well.
Our first event was our largest live Evolved Economy Couples Training ever in Peterborough, Ontario. Thirty couples got together on a Friday night to learn how to prioritize their relationship. We laughed, we cried and we saw couples take great steps forward. Later individuals messaged us to let us know all that had been accomplished in a just a few short hours. Some told of husbands who had been reluctant to join them in the business but after a single night they were communicating their desire to join them in building their Evolved Economy business. Others told of a new commitment to setting the proper time aside to celebrate their love for each other and how excited they were to join Sandy and I in getting away Every 90 Days. The results were tremendous.
After the training I was headed for the door and I witnessed Sandy talking intently with one particular woman. Sandy doesn’t like talking in front of large groups and at times she allows this to diminish her sense of value at a training. But as I watched her connect with this lady I knew she was using her best gifts. I was proud.
The next two days we shared Back2Basics with two great teams. One of them was a mixture of newbies and seasoned experts and the other was primarily folks who have just begun to build their Evolved Economy business. Both went tremendously in their own distinct ways. When it was all said and done we had a drive home of over 200 miles and we set off to our farm. Half way home Sandy told me she had an “aha” moment too on the weekend. She was watching me train the second day and she felt a warmth and respect for me that reminded her just how “into me “ she actually is. I loved to hear her say that. I loved to understand how our work together will allow us to enjoy our second 30 years together.
So is your plan working this way for you like ours is working for us? Are you growing closer or farther apart? Can you visualize and recognize the actions that will lead to a happier tomorrow instead of a hurried tomorrow? Sometimes we refer to our business opportunity as a Plan B. But what if we could recognize it for a Plan C? A Plan that fuels our Commitment to the ones we love? Build a business like ours that allows us to spend more and better time together, not just now but in the days, years and decades to come.Share on Facebook

“The last time we trained with PK Kevin Smith our business exploded, and today we have the privilege of learning from him again. I’m already so fired up for all the ways we will continue to build our Evolved Economy business with freedom, leverage, commitment, and excellent leadership. This is personal development with a pay plan, who could ask for anything more?” Eden Slobin

It is my hope and prayer that I am able to explain and demonstrate the amazing power and potential of Co-Creation in such a way that this infectious idea invades the hearts and minds of millions. This past week I was explaining some of the Co-Creation Principles to a traditional business. It was exciting to see their enthusiasm to see their life’s work through new eyes.
My task in life to get people to see their world through new eyes, then choose to be someone new and dynamic. Then as a result of this transformation they will naturally learn to do what needs to be done to accomplish great things. I have always been wary of teachers who have broke life down into simple to do lists. Life is not so simple that just actions will make the necessary changes. We must have a fresh vision of our place in this world and choose to be someone greater. The doing is elementary at this point and will not need to be explained.
